International doors are opening for A WOMAN GOES TO THE DOCTOR. Among the interested parties for the worldwide rights of the film was also the renowned Goldcrest Films International. We are honored to announce that Goldcrest will be the Sales Agent for the international exploitation of A WOMAN GOES TO THE DOCTOR.

A WOMAN GOES TO THE DOCTOR, directed by Reinout Oerlemans, has reached another major milestone. Within seven weeks of its theatrical release (November 26, 2009), the film received a Diamond Film Award for over a million tickets sold. Never before has a Dutch feature reached the Diamond status within such a short time. On December 6th, the film already reached the status of Golden Film and was the highest grossing Dutch film of 2009.

A WOMAN GOES TO THE DOCTOR, directed by Reinout Oerlemans and produced by Eyeworks Film & TV Drama, had the best opening weekend a Dutch feature film ever saw.

Eyeworks has appointed Dirk Zeelenberg (40) as Director, Film & TV Drama. In this newly appointed role, Mr. Zeelenberg will be tasked with daily leadership for all film and drama productions of the Dutch Eyeworks office.
