Dutch broadcasters Net 1, RTL4 and SBS6 will simultaneously air a live charity event this Thursday aimed at raising funds for the victims of the earthquake that struck Haiti last week.

A WOMAN GOES TO THE DOCTOR, directed by Reinout Oerlemans, has reached another major milestone. Within seven weeks of its theatrical release (November 26, 2009), the film received a Diamond Film Award for over a million tickets sold. Never before has a Dutch feature reached the Diamond status within such a short time. On December 6th, the film already reached the status of Golden Film and was the highest grossing Dutch film of 2009.

Eyeworks has appointed Dirk Zeelenberg (40) as Director, Film & TV Drama. In this newly appointed role, Mr. Zeelenberg will be tasked with daily leadership for all film and drama productions of the Dutch Eyeworks office.

Eyeworks heeft Debora Flens (43) per 1 september 2009 aangesteld als Directeur Entertainment Nederland. Samen met Stephan Warnik (Algemeen Directeur Eyeworks Nederland) zal Debora de dagelijkse leiding krijgen over de entertainment producties van de Nederlandse vestiging.
