After breaking into the market with CQC, it has gone on to develop and produce formats from different genres, including reality, entertainment, comedy, documentary, and fiction programs. When it was integrated into the Eyeworks group, Eyeworks Spain benefited by amplifying its portfolio to include popular series like The Italian Dream, Ticket To The Tribes, The Tribes Are Coming, and Who Wants To Marry My Son?
Eyeworks Spain continues to demonstrate their creativity with original programs and successful adaptations of international formats. They transformed an Argentine newspaper comic into a daily comedy series, Women on the Edge, and produced a staggering 170 episodes. In addition, they created a very popular local adaptation of Brothers & Detectives, a drama format originally from Argentina. With 18 episodes on air, high ratings, and great buzz from the press, the show was a hit. Most recently, reality series Rich Women (Mujeres Ricas), which was developed in house, smashed rating records for La Sexta.
In Portugal, Eyeworks is gaining ground in the market. There, the company is successfully producing local versions of CQC, Tourist Class, and Ticket to the Tribes.
