"Rach, the Restaurant Tester" with another ratings success

Christian Rach, the German Gordon Ramsay, scored another ratings success with the latest episode of his TV show "Rach, the Restaurant Tester", the local adaptation of "Kitchen Nightmares". A sensational market share of 24,9% in the target audience (14-49) and a total of 6,37 million viewers saw chef Rach visiting the restaurant in Vienna. The fifth episode of the sixth season "Rach, the Restaurant Tester" was the second most popular TV show of the week in the target audience of 14 to 49 year-olds.

In the real-people-docu Rach, the Restauranttester, Michelin-starred chef Christian Rach from Hamburg visits a restaurant, which is not working in one way or the other and tries to find reason for this. His job is it to save the restaurant - within just one week.
Five seasons of Optomen's hit format Kitchen Nightmares have been successfully broadcasted on RTL. Since season 3 Rach, The Restauranttester airs Mondays in prime time at 21:15.
In 2010, Rach, The Restauranttester has been awarded with two of the most renowned television awards in Germany, the Goldene Kamera and the Deutsche Fernsehpreis.
